Appointments can be scheduled online through our booking system. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation with your appointment details. -Over-the-Phone Appointments For phone appointments, please make sure you are available at the scheduled time and that your phone is turned on with a good connection. Our team will call the number you provided during booking. -In-Person Appointments For in-person appointments, please arrive a few minutes early to allow time for check-in. If you need directions or assistance before your visit, feel free to contact us. -Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least **24 hours’ notice**. This allows us to offer the time to another client. -Late Arrivals We understand that delays happen. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.
