To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our booking policies below: **Scheduling** * Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or by phone. * Please ensure all required information is submitted accurately when booking so we can prepare for your visit. **Rescheduling** * You may reschedule your appointment up to **24 hours before** your scheduled time without penalty. * Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may be subject to limited availability. **Cancellations** * Cancellations should be made at least **24 hours in advance**. * Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in limited future booking privileges. **Late Arrivals** * If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your session may be shortened or rescheduled depending on our schedule. **No-Shows** * Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice may be required to pre-confirm or pre-pay for future bookings. **Why This Policy Matters** Our services often involve preparation, document review, and reserved consultation time.
