Q: What are the operating hours?
A: At AAIG Access Alliance Insurance Group, we strive to be accessible and helpful to our clients throughout the year. During the Annual Election Period (AEP), which runs from October 15 to December 7, we are open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Outside of the AEP, our operating hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Whether you need assistance with Medicare Plans, investment products, or family education on insurance, our dedicated team is here to support you during these hours.
